About the Role
Working on a refurbishment within an aged care facility, this role will see you operating in a live environment where stakeholder management, planning, and sensitivity to residents and staff is critical. You'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of works from start to finish, ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining programme, quality, and safety outcomes.
Job Requirements
* 5+ years' experience within the construction industry in a similar role (Contract Administrator / Project Engineer / Site-based role)
* Proven experience delivering projects within live environments, ideally aged care, healthcare or similar
* Strong understanding of staging, programming, and managing works around occupied facilities
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and on‐site staff
* Solid commercial and/or delivery experience depending on background
