Job Title: Financial Analyst – Reference Data and Investment Operations

Key Responsibilities
* Leverage
Aladdin
platform expertise to support portfolio management, risk analytics, Securities set up and investment decision-making.
* Manage large and complex financial datasets; ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.
* Provide detailed financial and risk analysis to support investment strategies and business decisions.
* Partner with investment teams, operations, and technology teams to optimize workflows and resolve data issues.
* Develop and deliver financial models, dashboards, and performance reports using Aladdin tools and data.
* Monitor investment performance, market trends, and risk exposures, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
* Support automation and process improvements in financial analysis and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
Key Requirements
* Mandatory hands-on experience with Aladdin
(minimum 3+ years).
* 5–10 years of experience in Securities set up, financial analysis, portfolio/risk management, or investment data management.
* Strong background in
financial data management, modeling, and reporting
.
* Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
* Strong understanding of investment products (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.) and financial markets.
* Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders.
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (CFA/FRM) preferred.
