Senior Advisor – Program Delivery & Operations
Location: Rockhampton, Queensland
Engagement: 12-Month Contract + extensions
What you'll be doing
1. Support delivery of major infrastructure and safety programs across a large portfolio
2. Perform advanced data analysis to monitor program performance and identify risks/issues
3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) for senior stakeholders
4. Coordinate program reporting, approvals, and governance activities
5. Provide detailed project and program status assessments
6. Maintain program documentation, registers, and assurance artefacts
7. Drive process improvements across multiple program streams
8. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance
9. Support senior leadership with insights to enable informed decision-making
What we're looking for
10. Demonstrated experience in program support, governance, or advisory roles within large‐scale projects
11. Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
12. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), Project/program management tools
13. Experience coordinating reporting cycles, approvals, and governance frameworks
14. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
15. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
16. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Nice to have
17. Experience within government or regulated environments
18. Exposure to transport infrastructure or safety‐related programs
19. Familiarity with large‐scale funding programs and compliance/reporting requirements
20. Experience supporting senior executives or Program Directors
