We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Brisbane-based team. This is a sole-charge role with flexible working arrangements available, requiring approximately 20-25 hours of work per week.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience with MYOB and SAP ERP systems is essential, as well as strong bookkeeping and administrative skills.
Responsibilities will include:
* Running the office and managing general administration tasks
* Preparing end-of-month and year financial reports for Head Office
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification
* Proven experience with MYOB and SAP ERP systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
