The Role

As a
Customer Success Manager,
your purpose is to proactively ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our products and services. This is to be achieved by fostering long-term loyalty and retention, building strong relationships and bridging product capabilities with customer goals. You act act as strategic partners, guiding clients through their journey, identifying new opportunities, and aligning the product's use with the customer's business success.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Success, this role drives implementation throughput, accelerates revenue activation, account growth, revenue retention, and strengthens cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Support, and Finance.

Your Day to Day

Account Management

* Drive revenue growth opportunities in your portfolio including activating revenue through fulfilments, upsells and expansions, contract renewals, recontracts and repeat business deals.
* Build and maintain strong, long lasting venue relationships by acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
* Actively contribute by recommending operational improvements within a venue to drive improvement business and customer outcomes.
* Identify key venues in your portfolio and develop quarterly revenue growth plans for these venues.
* Handle challenging client requests or issue escalations to mitigate portfolio churn.
* Attend onsite meetings to facilitate business reviews, launch and activation support.

Revenue Activation

* Maintain a live, prioritized view of the revenue pipeline, ordering by revenue value and launch timelines to maximize impact.
* Drive activation of 100% of revenue in the pipeline by coordinating dependencies, verifying revenue values in HubSpot, and escalating blockers early.
* Track progress against revenue targets, ensuring visibility across Go to Market, Product, and Support.
* Monitor post-launch revenue flow to detect and resolve operational issues promptly.

Customer Onboarding and Launches (supporting)

* Manage end-to-end onboarding and launches for new customers, ensuring technical, operational, and commercial readiness for timely go-lives.
* Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and delivery partners — including Uber Direct, DoorDash, and Skip (SkipTheDishes) — to manage integrations, storefront updates, and payment configurations.
* Bridge gaps between Sales, Builders, Implementation to prevent ownership confusion. Empower our support team to proactively service our customers.
* Maintain menu and aggregator data consistency, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies that could delay launches

Cross Functional Collaboration

* Support the proactive uncovering of challenges and problem solving within your POD from either platform or customer perspective which could hinder our customers adoption and utilisation.
* Contribute to your Cross Functional POD and Cross POD outcomes by identifying and proposing strategies to increase portfolio profitability for accounts, as well as your overall POD.
* Working alongside the people within your cross functional pod team who will onboard venues and occasionally may require your assistance with QA checking the site and organising an onsite launch day.

Key Metrics for Success

* Onboarding throughput: Number of venues successfully implemented and live per quarter.
* Revenue activation: Percentage of pipeline revenue activated on schedule.
* Portfolio Revenue growth: Percentage of growth and churn in your individual portfolio.
* Time-to-launch: Average time from contract signing to go-live.
* Onboarding CSAT / NPS: Customer satisfaction during implementation.
* Process KPIs: Reduction in escalations, handoffs, or delays.
