About the Role
As the Fertility Enquiries Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking fertility treatment at our clinic. You will handle all incoming phone calls and emails related to new patient enquiries, providing compassionate, clear, and timely information. You will guide prospective patients through the initial steps of their fertility journey, helping them understand available services and what to expect. Working closely with both clinical and administrative teams, you will ensure every enquiry is managed with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new patient enquiries via phone, email and website forms
- Provide accurate information about our services, processes and appointment availability
- Liaise with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
- Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups in our system
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient enquiry experience
About You
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and professional phone manner
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using digital systems and managing multiple channels of communication
- Experience with Genie practice management software is preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in IVF or fertility services is highly regarded
- Background in healthcare, customer service or reception is also beneficial
