About the Role
Our Business Improvement Manager will lead and facilitate strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity and profitability across our Sugar & Renewables business. Partnering with leaders and process owners, you will analyse current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable benefits. This role plays a key part in building business process ownership, embedding continuous improvement practices, and strengthening how we measure and realise the impact of change across a geographically diverse and operationally complex environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate business improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial benefits
* Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies and implement optimised, standardised ways of working
* Establish KPIs and benefits realisation frameworks to track and report outcomes
* Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities
* Engage, influence and coach stakeholders to support sustainable change and process ownership
About you
We are looking for someone who brings:
* Demonstrated experience in a Continuous Improvement leadership role within a large or complex environment
* Strong capability in Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
* Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights and translate them into business outcomes
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
* Degree qualification in business or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
