You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for-across every touch pointof their journey.Your responsibilities include:Reception & Customer ServiceGreet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processMaintain a polished, professional reception environmentCoordinate patient enquiries and appointment bookingsOpen and close the clinic as part of a shared rosterMedical AdministrationCreate, update, and maintain patient recordsScan, file, print forms, and manage clinical documentationRespond to emails, letters, and referral correspondenceClinical Support & BillingPrepare patient packs and assist with post-consultation queriesProcess Medicare claims and issue invoices/receiptsHandle EFTPOS, credit card, cash, and cheque paymentsBalance daily payments and support electronic systemsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a medical specialist practice or GP facility is essentialA natural communicator with a caring, service-first approachHigh attention to detail and time management skillsTech-savvy and confident using modern systemsImpeccable grooming and professional personal presentationAble to remain calm, composed, and efficient under pressureHow to ApplyThis is an exclusive assignment being managed on retainer by HPG Connect.
