Locum Speech Pathologist - Community Adults - Accomm and pool carAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Locum Speech Pathologist in Shepparton, VIC.
Work with clients from funding streams such as HCP, CHSP as well as some private clients.
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other allied health staff and supervise allied health assistants as required.
Other points: Working with the frail aged and people with a disability to maximise independence at home.
Working with clients, carers and families to provide practical solutions to promote independence and safety at home Developing goals and care plans to assist clients to remain at home and active in their local community Collaborating with other clinicians in the RAHT team to offer holistic care to clients referred Working with a diverse range of clients and health conditions.
Working across funding streams such as HACC PYP, CHSP & possibly the NDIS (minimal, if any)Opportunity to work with Allied Health Assistants to undertake client care programs and equipment trials.
Primarily home based work with some opportunity for clinic appointments.
About You: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration Adult dysphagia management Videofluoroscopy AACCommunity experience Experience with range of health conditions incl.
