Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional administrative and secretarial support, including preparing documents and minutes.
* Maintain accurate records and support efficient information flow.
* Manage enquiries, liaise with stakeholders, and coordinate appointments.
* Assist with reception duties, correspondence, and office supply management.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, WHS compliance, and culturally sensitive service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an organised, adaptable administrator with experience delivering high-quality administrative support, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office applications and working within a busy, diverse team. Experience working with Aboriginal consumers and a commitment to culturally sensitive service delivery will be highly valued.
