Senior ICT Field Support Specialist
We are currently seeking to appoint a highly skilled Senior ICT Field Support Specialist. This role provides high-level information technology and communications support and advice to clients, facilitating efficient operations and strategic growth.
* Covers day-to-day ICT support functions, including task assignment, incident escalation, resolution, and queue management to ensure seamless services.
* Develops and maintains clinical and business information systems to support the Region's operations and strategic information needs.
