Our client is one of the largest health care consulting and support firms in Australia and helps business owners in the Health Care industry to register, renew or understand what business licenses and funding the government has to offer.
They are looking for an experienced Client Relations Team Leader to manage a team of seven.

The Client Relations Team Leader will be responsible for client relations and team performance. They will look to improve productivity and quality performance against KPI targets and monitor results. In addition the Client Relations Team Leader will assess the needs of the team and offer ongoing support, training and mentoring.
The role also includes status reporting, issue management and documenting milestone achievements.
**The role is responsible for**:
- Regularly monitor and ensuring the team are hitting set KPIs
- Conduct regular team meetings, one on one's and performance reviews
- Coaching and training of all team members
- Proactively engage with key stakeholders stay up to date with compliance
- Liaise with HR with any performance issues through sector
**Experience**:
Ideally you will have worked in a contact centre environment and managed a team.
