Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to diverse needs
* Foster strong relationships with colleagues, families, and children
* Inspire child development, learning, and growth through effective strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
* Valid VIT registration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Sound understanding of child development theories and practices
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* Australian Working Rights
* Possess great personal presentation and confidence in building relationships
