Job Title: Sales and Support Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our purpose-driven team in Queanbeyan. This full-time role is ideal for someone who can work independently and collaboratively, providing friendly and efficient support across sales, logistics, and administration.
The key responsibilities include:
* Being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and occasional face-to-face enquiries.
* Processing sales orders and coordinating freight logistics.
* Distributing documentation for incoming and outgoing orders, shipments, and products.
* Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales and warehouse teams.
* Supporting the bookkeeper with routine bookkeeping tasks.
* Occasionally assisting the warehouse by packing customer orders.
This is an in-office role requiring applicants to reside in the Queanbeyan/Canberra area.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in customer service, office administration, or sales administration, or a qualification in business administration. They will be competent in using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and possess excellent communication skills with clear spoken English.
