Lead Maternity Care Specialist Opportunity
As a Lead Maternity Care Specialist, you will provide expert guidance to maternity teams, helping to embed best-practice, woman-centred care aligned with national standards and local priorities.
You will support service improvement, lead capability-building activities, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that maternity services are culturally responsive and grounded in respect, safety and equity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective strategies for improving maternity care services
* Provide leadership and guidance to maternity teams to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive service improvement and cultural responsiveness
* Support the development of capabilities within the team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife (essential)
* Relevant tertiary degree in midwifery; postgraduate qualification (or working towards) in a related area (desirable)
* Proven leadership experience in clinical midwifery practice and service development
* Valid C Class Driver's Licence
