We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager who can oversee daily financial operations and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quotes as per business policies and offer strong customer service.
* Maintain accurate timesheets and logbooks for staff members, including drivers, and ensure timely payments.
* Oversee daily transactions, general ledger entries, and financial operations using Xero accounting software.
* Reconcile company credit card statements and manage toll and fine requirements.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing and issuing invoices to customers.
* Conduct end-of-month reconciliations and prepare profit and loss reports.
* Process vehicle registrations on a quarterly basis and manage CTP and other insurance requirements.
* Evaluate compliance with TAS Transport regulations and file electronic documentation as needed.
* Maintain accuracy and compliance in all registration documentation.
* Submit required documents to stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
* Maintain office supplies and stationery orders.
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and perform general office tasks.
* Ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
* Support additional administrative tasks as required.
