Your role will involve co-developing and managing comprehensive campaigns across paid search, affiliates and app stores supporting colleagues across the Marketing ecosystem to drive product consideration and customer acquisition.You will measure campaign performance rigorously, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimisation recommendations across multiple channels and touchpoints.
This will help to identify initiatives that will improve the experience and conversion through the acquisition funnel.You will work closely with digital advertising platforms and with internal Data & AI, Digital and Technology teams.
You will play a key role in identifying, prioritising and delivering innovations to our digital advertising program.What You Offer3+ years of hands-on experience in running performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), affiliates (Canstar, Finder), app stores (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns) and programmatic media buying (DA360).
Ability to manage large media budgets and execute campaigns to drive acquisition volume efficiently.Proven experience in experimentation and A/B testing: developing test and learn frameworks and initiatives to drive conversion (CRO).
