Senior Paid Performance Manager

This is a Client Side, Market leader, that are looking for a Senior Paid Performance Manager to take full ownership of its multi-million-dollar paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic Advertising. This isn’t just about running ads - it’s about pushing paid media to the limits while working within strict industry regulations. If you love solving complex problems, testing bold strategies, and maximising ROI at scale, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and optimise $1M+ per month in paid media spend - scaling fast but always ensuring compliance and strong returns.
* Own and scale campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Programmatic, with a sharp focus on CPA marketing.
* Work across multiple brands within the company.
* Push performance to its limits while working within strict governance and regulations - finding innovative ways to maximise reach and ROI without crossing compliance lines.
* Analyse competitors, market trends, and audience behaviour to refine strategy and identify untapped opportunities.
* Stay ahead of advertising regulations and platform policies, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Use automation, advanced bidding, and data-driven decision-making to drive efficiency and impact.
* Think outside the box - if standard PPC strategies don’t work, you’ll find creative and compliant alternatives to drive performance.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Advertising.
* Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads - you need to be able to build, optimise, and scale campaigns at a high level.
* Experience managing large-scale budgets ($1M+ per month) with full accountability for performance.
* A deep understanding of industry regulations and how to navigate them while still driving strong paid media results.
* A data-driven mindset - you know how to break down performance metrics, identify patterns, and make high-impact optimisations.
* Competitor-focused thinking - you’re always watching what others are doing and figuring out how to outperform them.
* Proactive problem-solving skills - if traditional methods aren’t an option due to regulations, you’ll find alternative, compliant ways to scale PPC performance.
* A high-performance mentality - this role is for someone who wants to win big, scale fast, and maximise every dollar spent.
