Dipacci Training Academy is on the lookout for a vibrant and motivated Training and Compliance Manager to be part of our team. As a key player in our management team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our new training programs meet quality standards and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Job Overview:
We're seeking someone dynamic and hands-on, reporting to our Managing Director and General Manager. Your role is pivotal in managing compliance, training, and marketing the training courses, steering our organization towards success.Dipacci Training Academy is a new RTO with only two courses available. This position will suit someone who is newto this role and looking to grow the RTO scope.

Role Summary:
As Training and Compliance Manager, your primary focus is overseeing our training activities to keep us competitive and deliver quality education in our industry sector. Your tasks include ensuring compliance, managing validations, supervising trainers, reviewing strategies, and engaging with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
Guarantee compliance with ASQUA training standards and regulations.

Lead and manage the validation process.

Train students, ensuring they're well-prepared and continuously developing.

Review and update training and assessment strategies.

Keep an eye on the quality of learning materials.

Talk with industry experts and stakeholders regularly.

Enhance our internal systems for smoother program management.

Handle student concerns following our policies.

Conduct internal audits, reviews, and benchmarking.

Keep teaching materials up to date.

About the Role:
Oversee the validation and moderation of assessments and course materials.

Consult with industry experts to keep our programs relevant.

Implement improvements based on feedback.

Keep all documentation in line with our policies and compliance.

Ensure accurate and confidential training records.

Manage student complaints, grievances, and appeals.

Conduct a risk assessment every six months with recommendations.

Qualifications:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.

Diploma or higher qualification in related industry areas.

Skills and Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on training experience.

Detailed knowledge of training standards and requirements.

Experience with Student Management System and Learning Management System (e.g., ESKILLED).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization and computing skills.

**Salary**: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
