ROLE DETAILS:
* Portfolio management - Portfolio size will depend on experience
* Admin support
* Support from Department Manager
* No trust accounting required
* Structured and organized systems
* Fuel Allowance provided
* Professional and consistent processes
* Salary: for the Junior - Up to $100,000 Inclusive
* Salary: for more experienced - Up to $90,000 + (all allowances)
* Amazing team longevity
THE DESIRED CANDIDATE:
* 6 Months to 1+ years experience as a Portfolio Property Manager showing stability and proven loyalty
* Current property management license
* Excellent people and relationship building skills
* Self efficient and ability to work autonomously
* Desire to progress in the industry
