This is a Perth-based corporate position with regular site travel across our mining operations.Reporting to the GM - Technical Services, you will be responsible for providing strategic, long-term geotechnical guidance to both surface and underground operations. Empower.We're excited to hear from you if you have:A tertiary qualification in Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Engineering Geology.15+ years' geotechnical experience, including both underground and open pit operations.Expertise in geotechnical risk management, mine design integration, and operational support.Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing technical teams.Strong working knowledge of geotechnical software such as FLAC, RS3, Slide, Rocscience tools, etc.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.Chartered Professional Engineer status (or working towards it) highly regarded About Us Why work here?
