Job Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Growth Specialist. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
1. Identify new business opportunities in the small to medium enterprise space across various industries.
2. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
3. Present and consultatively sell solutions to owners, C-Suite executives, and marketing specialists.
4. Ensure seamless customer experiences from initial interaction to successful delivery of solutions.
5. Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or similar roles.
* Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
* Background in sales or customer-facing roles.
* Experience in target-driven environments.
* Exposure to eCommerce or print industries is an asset.
