The Opportunity
You won't be buried in admin here.
You'll take real ownership across the CA function on commercial new build projects, working closely with an experienced PM and a site team that communicates properly.
Your work will be visible. And it will matter.
What You'll Be Doing
• Running subcontractor packages end to end — letting through to final account
• Managing progress claims, variations and EOTs
• Head contract administration — notices, correspondence, full lifecycle
• Attending and contributing to project and subcontractor meetings
• Supporting cost reporting and financial forecasting
• Playing a genuine role in project delivery outcomes
What You Bring
• 3–7 years' experience as a CA with a head contractor
• Exposure to commercial new build projects
• Strong understanding of AS4000 / AS2124 contracts
• Ability to manage packages independently
• Relevant degree (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar)
• Confident communicator — able to operate in a project environment
