ACORN Help Desk Officer

12‐Month Contract - Federal Government

ACT Onsite (Flexible Arrangements Negotiable)

Australian Citizens - NV1 Clearance Required

Are you passionate about digital learning and ready to support meaningful training initiatives across Australia and internationally? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking government team delivering innovative eLearning solutions that make a real impact.

As a Help Desk Officer, you will play a key role in supporting a major digital learning platform, ensuring smooth access, resolving technical issues, and helping learners and administrators get the most out of their online training experience.

Key responsibilities
* Providing technical support to users and system administrators.
* Troubleshooting issues across digital learning platforms and integration points.
* Ensuring accessibility, usability, and seamless operation of online learning systems.
* Supporting the delivery and maintenance of eLearning content and LMS functionality.
* Managing and actioning requests for system access.
* Diagnosing issues across internal systems, vendor systems, and integration points, and coordinating with the appropriate teams for resolution.
Skills & Experience
* Experience delivering or managing online digital learning platforms.
* Experience providing technical support to users and/or system administrators.
* Understanding of web technologies and accessibility standards.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve LMS‐related issues.
* Experience with Acorn LMS – highly desirable.
* Knowledge of SCORM compliant content.
* Exposure to eLearning development or delivery.

Duration: July start – 12 months contract
Location: ACT - (Flexible Arrangements Negotiable)
Eligibility: Australian Citizenship with NV1 clearance
