We're looking for an experienced
Senior Account Director
(or AD ready to step up) to lead a matured, high-profile agency account, with a global beverage conglomerate. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with momentum, trust, and the backing to drive ambitious creative and commercial outcomes. The role is a 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend for the right person.

Lead trusted global client relationships
Inherit already established accounts and relationships, where you will continue the momentum of our strong global partnerships, with the expectation and opportunity to grow them creatively and strategically.

End-to-end ownership
You'll lead and own your account, and manage projects (in partnership) across strategy, creative and delivery, balancing the big picture with the detail. While there is support from the client service, studio and operations teams, this is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable stretching across all levels of responsibility.

Access to senior leadership
You will be working directly with the agency founders and director, gaining exposure, mentorship, and business insight not always available in larger agency structures.

Make meaningful work
From brand and packaging through to innovation and activation, you'll be central to projects that make an impact on shelf, in culture, and in business, and maybe even win some awards along the way.
What you'll do
· Nurture and grow both mature and new client relationships
· Lead standout brand, packaging, innovation and activation projects from brief to delivery
· Contribute to innovation and activation initiatives with strategic input
· Manage and report on financial targets
· Balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented project management
· Identify and lead new opportunities within the account
· Partner closely with creatives, strategists, and agency leaders
What we're looking for
·
Proven experience in brand and packaging
(this is essential)
· Experience in
beverage
or adjacent FMCG categories
· A confident, senior-level communicator and relationship builder
· A
strategic thinker
who's just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves
· Experience working with large corporate clients (1mil+ revenue) and navigating complex projects
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes ownership of their work
