Facility Cleaning Supervisor
, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness throughout our front and back of house areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of dedicated Facility Cleaners, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering an environment of excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of Facility Cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
Monitor and maintain cleaning standards across assigned areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Embrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain the exceptional standards of The Star Gold Coast.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or hotel environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
