Manufacturing Process Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing safe, scalable, stable, and robust manufacturing processes across the manufacturing network for new and commercially available products.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Support the introduction of new equipment and materials, including installation, calibration, and validation.
* Plan and develop engineering work packages concerned with unique problems or team challenges.
* Support process validation builds, coordinate testing, and compile results.
* Relocate or duplicate processes across the manufacturing network to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
* Support experimentation and testing to enable characterisation, optimization, and troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar process development engineering role within a highly regulated industry.
* Basic technical expertise on process/product technologies to support design, optimisation, validation, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with DFSS/DMAIC tools, KT Problem Solving & Decision Making, PDCA, DOE's, and experience in applying these tools.
