About the opportunity
* Research evidence based practice and implement into current practice.
* Identify and prioritise the professional development needs of staff.
* Develop, implement and evaluate learning activities across the organization in collaboration with the Quality Manager and relevant managers.
* Implement, facilitate and evaluate effective clinical orientation programs for clinical staff new to the environment.
* Develop and implement, monitor clinical competencies.
What you'll bring
* Qualified Registered Nurse with current APHRA registration
* Post graduate qualifications in education & training or working towards
* Previous experience in clinical education
* Knowledge of contemporary nursing and evidence based practice
* Knowledge and experience in leading and managing change
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Understanding of Subacute educational requirements.
Requirements for proof
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
