Collections that have been developed under the eponymous Creative Director with skilled construction and a focus on developing untold levels of confidence in women.
The Role |
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and maximizing the business. Direct responsibilities include strategic planning, sales analysis, account relationships as well as working closely with the design team on the line architecture and assortment planning in order to consistently deliver net sales and profit expectations.
1. Foster strategic customer relationships with all key accounts to drive market share, revenue and growth
2. Lead, coach and train sales team - implement learning plans, engagement and succession strategies
3. Develop and drive strategic plans by account that position the brand for growth and market share gains
4. Develop seasonal product strategy briefs to the design team to ensure the product assortments necessary to deliver expected financial results
5. Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends
6. Work closely with design on Visual Merchandising to achieve strong product storytelling and compelling in-store presentation strategies
7. Develop strategic marketing plans for key accounts in partnership with Marketing team
The Skillset |
The essential skillset will see bring your extensive experience in working in the fashion industry with an in-depth expertise in Wholesale with a broad understanding of retail, and eComm for luxury/Aus Designer brands. You are well-connected with global accounts in the US, UK, EU etc
Specifically we are looking for:
8. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
9. 8+ years of related experience
10. Prior experience in leading and managing a Sales team
11. High level of analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Possess high taste level
13. Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
14. Flexibility with schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
15. Flexibility and ability to travel regularly
16. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
