Role Overview
As our Finance Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Finance Manager, providing vital administrative and accounting support. From accounts receivable to payroll reconciliation, you’ll play an key role in keeping our financial processes accurate, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
· Design a wide range of materials for digital and print, including social media assets, presentations, marketing collateral, and brand guidelines.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Manager.
· Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.
· Assist with general bookkeeping and data entry.
· Support payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
· Contribute to financial reporting and month-end processes as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
· 1–3 years of experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or account’s role.
· Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Good communication skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
