Contracts Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with contract interpretation and operational requirements
* Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies
* Prepare clear and accurate reports to support decision-making and program oversight
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure program deliverables are understood and met
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual documents and reporting requirements
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth communication and resolve any issues as they arise
* Identify potential risks in contractual agreements and suggest mitigation strategies
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Contracts Coordinator as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Certificate IV in Business (or 2+ years' experience in a similar position)
* Experience in community development, social services, or a related field (highly desirable)
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret contracts and program requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
