We’re looking for a Social Media Manager, Videographer and Content Creator who thrives on creativity, storytelling and capturing authentic moments that connect audiences to brands.
This role sits at the heart of our creative team, working closely with strategists, designers and clients to produce engaging content across social platforms, from short-form video to behind-the-scenes brand stories.
If you love filming, editing, creating and experimenting with content and want to work with businesses doing exciting things, this role will give you the platform to do it.
What You’ll Be Doing...
Create engaging video content
Capture and produce short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
Film on-site with clients
Visit client locations to film behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, brand stories and day-to-day moments that showcase their business.
Manage social media channels
Plan, write and publish content across client social media accounts while engaging with their audiences.
Develop creative content ideas
Bring new concepts to life, from trend-based content to strategic storytelling that aligns with marketing campaigns.
Edit high-quality video content
Turn raw footage into polished, engaging content using professional editing tools.
Work alongside our marketing team
Collaborate with strategists, designers and paid media specialists to ensure content supports overall marketing goals.
Stay ahead of social trends
Constantly explore new formats, trends, sounds and styles that help our clients stand out.
Maintain a content calendar
Plan and schedule content around key campaigns, launches and client initiatives.
Capture authentic brand moments
From client shoots to office culture, events and campaigns, document the moments that tell the story behind the brands we work with.
What We’re Looking For...
A natural storyteller
You know how to capture moments that make people stop scrolling.
Strong video skills
You’re confident filming, directing shots and editing engaging content, even getting in front of the camara.
Social media instinct
You understand what works on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Creative thinker
You’re constantly generating ideas for new content and formats.
Organised and proactive
You can manage multiple clients, shoots and deadlines.
Comfortable on shoots
You’re confident directing people on camera and capturing natural footage.
Strong editing ability
You’re experienced using editing tools.
Team player
You enjoy collaborating with designers, marketers and strategists.
Bonus Skills...
Experience shooting with professional cameras, gimbals and lighting setups
Photography experience
Motion graphics or animation
Experience working in an agency environment
Experience creating viral or high-performing short-form content
