Customer Service and Accounts Consultant to join an established and growing international consultancy business.

This organisation provides product support and consultancy to more than 2500 customers across the world and help develop innovative technology strategies and solutions to a wide range of customers.
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Divisional General Manager, you will be heavily involved in the rolling out of their new cloud platform and working closely with a range of internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Respond to customer finance queries regarding general invoicing, trust balancing and ADP codes
- Assist the support team lead to train and upskill members of the wider team
- Manage relationships with clients and industry partners
- Maintaining and updating technical reference material including accounts reference guides and other materials
- Organise, schedule and complete smooth transition of new system update
**Key Competencies:
- Insurance Industry experience desierable but not essential
- Highly proficient in all Microsoft Applications/ and CRM Systems
- Capability to think laterally and make sound decisions autonomously
- Experience ideally within Finance & Accounting
- Desire to assist people and exceed customer expectations
