Remuneration: $56.98 - $58.83 Per Hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging

Where You'll Be Working

Manning Hospital, Taree — immerse yourself in a riverside community with strong spirit, joining a renal team of 20–24 diverse nurses who care for patients and each other. Work across three settings: Level 3 Dialysis Ward (6 chairs for inpatients), Nita Reed Renal Unit (10 beds for outpatients/community), and Foster Satellite Unit (6 beds for stable patients). Enjoy a warm, inclusive vibe with milestone celebrations, afternoon teas, and no night shifts.

About the Role

As Clinical Nurse Educator - Renal, you will mentor, coach and deliver education to build confidence and best-practice care. Lead sessions, support new grads and students, coordinate orientations, provide floor-side one-on-one guidance, and collaborate with managers, educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants on impactful programs while staying clinically hands-on. Reporting to leadership, you'll shape the next generation of renal nurses through morning/afternoon shifts (Mon–Sat), expanded scope, no on-call, and clear career progression.

About You

You're a Registered Nurse passionate about teaching and evidence-based practice, thriving on mentoring, feedback and real-time learning in clinical moments.

You bring:

* Current AHPRA Authority to Practice as Registered Nurse
* Confidence in knowledge-sharing, communication and mentoring
* Passion for evidence-based renal nursing education
* Openness to Cert IV Training & Assessment, DETECT/triage/ALS credentialing (can be developed on-job)
* Quality improvement project experience (advantageous)
