About Uniting Hawkesbury Richmond
* Households of 18–25 residents, including a Memory Support Unit
* Leisure & Lifestyle Team delivering meaningful, engaging activities

Key Responsibilities
* Provide care, support, and companionship to residents, promoting independence and wellbeing
* Assist with daily living: showering, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility
* Support medication, simple wound care, and community activities
* Engage residents in social and recreational programs that are meaningful
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
* Experience in Aged Care or Community Care (desirable)
* Empathetic, adaptable, and passionate about elderly care
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment
