About the role:
ETS is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to join our team in a varied and hands-on role. You'll manage key administrative functions including invoicing, timesheets, job costing, data entry and providing day-to-day support to local Managers, playing an integral role in supporting the business.
This role goes beyond data entry and suits someone who enjoys working autonomously, prioritising tasks and learning new systems. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential. With opportunities for professional development and growth, this role offers a great platform to build your career. Flexible start date available in the New Year for the right candidate.
The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Accurate data entry, with proven experience using Word and Outlook
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
* High attention to detail with strong communication skills
* The ability to quickly learn new administrative and accounting systems
* Experience in invoicing, revenue processing and job costing
Experience in the following tasks desirable:
* Timesheet Data Entry and complex job cost management for crews working in the field
* Supplier invoicing, purchase orders and accounts payable (Greentree/MYOB)
* General Office administration including supplies, mail and ordering
* Filing, scanning, photocopying and document management
* Client interactions and correspondence
