Your new role
We're seeking an experienced people leader to oversee the delivery of Home and Community Care, Carer Support and Disability programs across the Wimmera region.
This role requires strong people leadership and supervision skills, ensuring teams are well supported, engaged and delivering high‐quality, client‐centred services aligned with Uniting's Therapeutic Model of Care and Trauma‐Informed practice principles.
You will bring demonstrated program and operational management capability, overseeing day‐to‐day operations, meeting contractual and performance requirements, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
A values‐led, trauma‐informed approach is central to this role, with a focus on safe, respectful practice and positive outcomes for both clients and staff.

Your skills and experience
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Social Work, Community Services, Disability or Allied Health e.g. Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing or diploma with extensive experience.
* First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain).
* Current Driver's Licence (essential).
* Experience delivering or overseeing programs in one or more of:
* Disability services (NDIS-aligned).
* Early intervention / early childhood supports.
* HACC / CHSP or similar community care programs.
