We are seeking a dedicated support worker to provide home help services and personal care to individuals in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping services
* Assisting with mobility, therapy goals, and complex care for clients with high needs (e.g., dementia)
You will work independently, building positive relationships with clients and their families, while also being flexible and adaptable in your role.
About the Role:
* Prior experience in aged care or disability support is highly valued
* Able to provide references from previous employers
