The RoleLead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a Residential Aged Care Facility located along the beautiful North Coast of Tasmania.This is a large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Clinical Residential Manager, Clinical Coordinators, Quality and Education team, ANACC support, leisure and lifestyle and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.The facility has a highly positive culture with excellent feedback from recent staffing surveys.The role will provide ongoing training and progression routes (if desired).
