Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive smooth daily operations
Oversee logistics planning for all incoming and outgoing jobs
Foster a positive, proactive culture and take full ownership of your role
Support the achievement of business targets and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor workflow, identify issues early, and implement effective solutions
Assist with quoting, pricing, and job cost assessments
Manage core workshop administration and maintain strong communication with clients
Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance processes and industry standards
Required Experience & Skills
Demonstrated leadership experience within a workshop or operational environment
High technical proficiency in surface preparation and coating application
Experience with pricing, costing, or estimating work
A positive, solutions‐focused mindset with strong initiative
Proven ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and build capability
Strong problem‐solving skills and a drive to meet targets
Competence in computer‐based administration and planning
Ability to plan, coordinate resources, and manage competing priorities
