About the Role
We're on the hunt for a Payroll & Finance Coordinator to manage our invoicing, payroll, and NDIS claims with accuracy, integrity.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Process NDIS invoicing and bulk claims through PRODA/NDIS portal
* Oversee the finance assistant and all billing
* Manage fortnightly payroll for support workers (Xero)
* Maintain and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
* Liaise with plan managers, participants, and internal teams on funding and billing queries
* Assist with reporting, budgeting and operational finance tasks

What We're Looking For
* Experience in NDIS payroll and invoicing is ESSENTIAL
* Familiarity with Xero, NDIS Price Guide, and Microsoft 365 suite
* A team player with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach
* Clear communication, problem-solving skills and professional empathy

* Part-time or full-time — flexible for the right candidate
* Hybrid role with 1-2 WFH days per week if requested
