Job Opportunity
The Stores & Supply Officer role is a casual position available at a busy private hospital. As part of our stores and supply team, you will provide effective management and distribution of stock throughout the hospital.
You will be working in an extremely busy environment and must be willing to work as part of a team and within health and safety guidelines.
* Scanning stock
* Picking and packing of stock
* Delivering of stock to Hospital department storerooms
* Receiving of stock deliveries to the hospital
* Ordering of stock to replenish to set levels utilising computer systems
* Following up back orders, finding urgent alternative products
* Liaising with internal and external customers
* Prosthesis processing
To bring:
* Demonstrated experience in a supply position is essential with any medical stock experience being highly regarded
* Experience using SAP or other computerised inventory control systems
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
* Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
* Computer literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft
