About the Role
The Receptionist has a critical customer service role at TZV and is responsible for providing the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries at our SECC locations.
They are responsible for handling incoming and outgoing people, mail, goods and services across TZV and ensures all reception responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Day to day responsibilities include:
1. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the telephone, responding to or directing inquiries appropriately, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all time
2. Manage the arrival and departure process for visitors by ensuring compliance with all sign-in and sign-out security procedures, including the issuance of visitor passes
3. Provide the reconciliation reports in conjunction with invoices to enable
