Your new role

The Power of Attorney Analyst plays a critical role in supporting legal and administrative requests related to Powers of Attorney and Financial Management Orders. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in handling sensitive customer documentation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Review and interpret legal documents related to Powers of Attorney and Financial Management Orders.
* Record and process requests in accordance with NAB's policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Provide subject matter expertise to support investigations and feasibility assessments for new products or services.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including NAB Legal, Customer Support Hub, Fraud teams, and frontline bankers.
* Liaise directly with customers (donors and attorneys) to clarify scope and ensure accurate processing.
This is a 3-month assignment only. The hourly rate starts at $39.20 per hour plus superannuation, with the rate dependent on the candidate's level of experience. You will be working the core business hours from Monday to Friday with an average work week of 37.5 hours. This role will be based at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands VIC. It will be a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
What you'll need to succeed
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Proven experience in financial services or legal services, including Power of Attorney/order processing.
* Customer-focused, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service setting.
* Curious mindset with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage risk and compliance.
