Early Childhood Professional - Inclusion and Support
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Pre School Field Officer and Kindergarten Inclusion Support Consultant.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development and inclusive practice, with the ability to mentor and coach educators in kindergartens across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing coaching and mentoring support to educators to enhance their confidence and capabilities
* Interpreting children's developmental needs and supporting educators to respond effectively
* Guiding educators in planning for diverse learning and development needs
* Navigating discussions with families and promoting reflective practice
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, experience supporting or coaching educators, and a solid understanding of child development and inclusive practice.
