Home Care Worker Opportunities
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide support to older members of our community.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess an open Australian Driver's Licence, own insured vehicle, Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, and experience in similar roles.
In this rewarding role, you will provide personal care services such as assisting clients with daily living tasks, managing medications, mobility, therapy goals, dementia care, and social and emotional support. You will also perform general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping tasks.
