Job Title
Manage a small team of 3 HR advisors to drive key growth projects, implement new e-learning programs, and shape the company's high-performance culture.
About the Role
This newly created role reports into the Head of People and Culture. Key responsibilities include talent management, workforce planning, transformation projects, and payroll implementation.
1. Grow the business through strategic talent management and workforce planning.
2. Lead on key transformation and development projects such as employee engagement, policies, procedures, compliance, and payroll.
3. Implement a new e-learning and development program.
4. Drive a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with employment laws.
5. Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* HR leadership experience combined with strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant HR qualifications.
* Able to drive HR policies and ensure they are compliant with employment laws.
* Experience in implementing L&D programs.
* Logistics industry experience or similar.
