We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA regions across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific locations.
Currently, we are looking for engineers for our onsite support requirements.
We are looking for an experienced IT Field Services Technician to provide onsite support for end-user computing and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and collaboration tools (MS Teams/Skype).
* Troubleshoot issues related to Windows (Wintel), networking, storage, and AV/video conferencing systems.
* Perform hardware/software break-fix, device replacements, and basic printer support.
* Assist with installations, configurations, and asset audits.
* Support incident resolution and coordinate with internal/external teams.
* Conduct routine site checks, reboot/power cycle devices, and assist in server room activities.
* Ensure compliance with safety and site access protocols.
Requirements
* Experience in desktop support and IT field services.
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and basic networking.
* Valid driving license (manual preferred).
