**YOUR NEW ROLE**
As the Commercial Manager you will build and implement business processes, procedures, and policies. Your analytical mind will develop revenue reporting and feasibility for the group while leading a small sales, IT, HR, finance and admin function.
Based in the Hunter Region and reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for providing direction to the business ensuring efficient and cost
- effective operations without sacrificing the quality they are known for!
You will be across the following on a daily basis
- Identify opportunity for growth and set business targets and objectives to achieve
- Analyse and report on sales, marketing and finance steams to increase performance and transform business operations
- Analyse key financial metrics including profitability, revenue & pricing to drive sales and operational teams
- Streamline business procedures and set the standard for an efficient and growing group!
