Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of 9 members, including Senior Payroll Officers and Administration Assistants, to achieve positive impacts on the team.
* Manage payroll activities for employees and regional services, addressing complex issues and contributing to process improvements.
* Present audit requests to internal and external auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising a small to medium-sized team (2-3 years).
* Meet qualification requirements outlined in the Position Description under 'Key Selection Criteria'.
